  • Yoga Basics is a mindful yoga practice that highlights form, alignment, and breath work.  This practice deconstructs traditional asanas (postures) that include sun salutations, warrior series, balance, and twist postures. (60 minutes)
  • Vinyasa Yoga  entails a creative sequence of asanas that are interwoven together to create heat by recruiting powerful and balanced energies that lengthens and strengthens the physical body, while staying connected with the breath. (60 or 75 minutes)
  • Yoga+Pilates fuses both traditional and modern practices.  The yoga will involve the mindful flow of pranayama (breath) and asanas (postures) that focuses on lengthening and strengthening large muscle groups. Participants will be encouraged to hold each asana for a few breaths. The overall intention of this yoga practice is to balance the mind, body and spirit, thus cultivating tranquility. The pilates will focus on small movements that require the use of important stabilizing muscles surrounding the spine and pelvis. Particular attention will be placed on form, breath, and muscle contraction within the core region. (60 minutes)
  • Yin Yoga involves a slow, quiet, still practice that explores specific yoga poses for an extended period of time (1-5 minutes). This particular practice unravels bodily tensions and helps to nourish joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. The use of various props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, and blankets are encouraged, so that effortlessness is experienced within the body. (75 minutes)
  • Gentle Yoga is a soft, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing yoga practice that may appeal to those whom are new to yoga or may be working with an injury and/or limited mobility. (60 or 75 minutes)
  • Nidra Yoga or Yogic Sleep enhances deep restoration and clarity to the mind and body by consciously treading between the “ waking and sleeping state” during stillness. This guided meditation creates full awareness of ever-changing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images. (30 minutes)
  • Prenatal Yoga prepares the expectant mother’s mind, body, and heart for labor, birth, and motherhood by consistently practicing particular mindful yoga postures and breath work.  This class is intended for healthy women with uncomplicated pregnancies that are medically cleared to safely participate until labor.  Physician approval and pre-registration are required.  There is maximum of 12 participants.  (60 minutes)
  • Kids’ Yoga encompasses dynamic, energetic, happy, imaginative yoga play.  This program creatively and playfully enhances breath and body awareness and concentration learning. (30 or 45 minutes)
  • Stand Up Paddle-Board (SUP) Yoga Basics offers a gentle beginner level yoga sequence on the SUP.  All necessary equipment will be included. (90 minutes)
  • Stand Up Paddle-Board (SUP) Fitness consists of a comprehensive cardiovascular, high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines balance, strength, and endurance on a SUP.  All necessary equipment will be included. (90 minutes)
  • Stand Up Paddle-Board (SUP) Tour aims to navigate new waters, while engaging balance, core and upper body strength, pelvic stability and focus.  All the necessary equipment will be included.  (120 minutes)
